This was one of the first warm days of the season. Chris is always cooking something on the grill, but today I had to take a closer look because it smelled delicious... I have to say he got skills, now I see why he is always the "grill master."

Nic and Fabian know their way around the kitchen, and whipped up some Proper meals for all of us that I will miss very much. It was the first time I actually had a tear in my eye leaving Jamaica, good people, good vibes, and good food.

I like to cook, most of the time... and when I'm in the mood the results can be quite surprising like last night. I love Indian food (I actually love good food in general) and have been playing around with a few recipes, I have some harsh critics in the house and they all gave this one a thumbs up!
